Our Story

Chouchoute – French for ‘pampered’ – was created in 2002 in Birmingham city centre.

Chouchoute was founded and created by Pierre Soualah and for 23 year provided excellent service and beautiful chocolate’s to the people of Birmingham and beyond.

Cat & Mark, who also run the established gifting company boxxedup took on the exciting Chouchoute brand in 2025 and hope to continue a much loved part of people’s lives.

Chouchoute closed their Birmingham store in 2021, but you can still find our very special chocolates and confiserie here on our website, for delivery throughout the UK.  We offer an extensive range of personalised chocolate gifts for business too – perfect for thanking clients and employees for their support.

Our collection includes contemporary and classic chocolates and exceptional confiserie products, handmade by family artisans. A blend of natural ingredients and the finest cocoa beans, our chocolates offer a taste experience you won’t find on any High Street. We take great pride in presentation too, so when you buy a Chouchoute gift you can be confident it will make a stunning impression.
