Our Products and Packaging
All of our products may contain nuts or nut traces.
The contents of our chocolate boxes vary according to seasonal ranges and may not be identical to the examples shown on our website or in the menu booklet accompanying the product. However, we guarantee that our chocolate boxes are always filled with a fresh selection from our range of fine, handmade chocolates.
Individual chocolates shown in our chocolate menu booklet (included with every chocolate selection purchase) may be subject to substitution, depending on the current seasonal range. Our chocolate menu booklet is intended as a guide only.
You must be over 18 years of age to buy products containing bottled alcohol.
In the event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Payment and Delivery
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UK debit cards, for orders for delivery to a verifiable UK address.
We accept payment from overseas customers, provided that the product delivery address is within the UK or Northern Ireland.
We can arrange next day delivery of consignments up to 2kg in weight to any address within England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Northern Ireland. Delivery of consignments over 2kg in weight can be sent to any address within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) at our standard charge. Consignments over 2kg sent to all other parts of the UK can be arranged, but costs and delivery timings may vary. In such instances we will contact you if additional payment authorisation is required, and offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Where a delivery date is shown on the Order Review and Order Confirmation email, this is indicative only, and dependent on when you place your order and any delays incurred by carriers. Where the ‘Next Working Day’ delivery option is selected, for orders placed before 12pm GMT weekdays the earliest delivery date is the next working day. For orders placed after 12pm GMT weekdays the earliest delivery date is two working days later. During seasonal times - especially in the run-up to Christmas - deliveries may take longer than normal. This is outside of our control and we cannot offer refunds where deliveries do not meet your expected arrival date.
Orders placed for delivery to addresses outside of the UK cannot be processed. Such transactions will be refunded, but are subject to an administration charge of £5.
Payment will be processed at the time of order, not at the time of despatch.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is despatched and we will issue a refund. An administration charge of £5 may be deducted from your refund, at our discretion. Once your order has been despatched, payment cannot be refunded.
On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail second class signed-for delivery. This is not a guaranteed service and may take up to 14 days to arrive. If you order before 12pm and request next working day or Saturday delivery, we will despatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery or overnight courier. Large or multiple items will usually be delivered by overnight courier (to arrive by 6pm).
We cannot accept responsibility for an order being delayed or declined as a result of incorrect or invalid payment or delivery details being given. The name and billing address must be the same as the registered address of the credit card holder.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for a delivery, Royal Mail (or our alternative carrier) will leave a card for the intended recipient to arrange re-delivery at no extra charge.
In the event that your order is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, but a repeat delivery charge is payable.
If your order is returned to us undelivered we cannot refund payment as the goods cannot be re-sold.
Orders sent to large businesses or hospitals may be distributed via a mail room and may not reach the intended recipient on the date requested. In such cases, where we can offer proof of delivery to the address supplied by you, repeat orders are payable in full.
If we are unable to provide a valid proof of delivery for your order within 14 days of despatch, we will send it again, free of charge. For deliveries to non-residential addresses, a proof of delivery is valid if signed for by a verifiable employee.
You may request a proof of delivery up to three months following the expected delivery date of your order.
We reserve the right to decline acceptance of your order at our discretion. Such orders will be refunded to you in full.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise indicated. If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, we can supply you with a VAT receipt on request.When making a purchaseWhen buying products via our website you are entering a legally binding contract.
All orders are processed by Sagepay to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.
We aim to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
When paying for an order on our website a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window. You can double click this padlock to verify that the secure certificate has been issued to our website's payment gateway SagePay. Our security is guaranteed by the certificate provider, SagePay.
From time to time we may contact you by email to inform you about our products or services. If you would prefer not to receive further emails from us you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of the email.
